Matas Maldeikis, a Lithuanian Member of Parliament, believes Taiwan’s generosity to Lithuania is making a difference.
To assist Lithuania in dealing with the pressures of Chinese trade sanctions, Taiwan has established a $200 million investment fund and a $1 billion loan facility.
Local firms have also been purchasing goods that China has rejected.
